You don’t have to feel alone in your waiting season.

I help women reconnect with God, themselves, and others—so they can move from isolation to connection.

Start with a gentle 7-day devotional to help you experience God’s presence in your waiting season.

Hi, I'm Karen.

I’m so glad you are here.

There was a time when I felt deeply alone—even when I wasn’t actually alone.

Life looked full on the outside, but inside, I felt disconnected… from myself, from others, and sometimes even from God.

Maybe you know that feeling too.

You’re still showing up. Still caring. Still holding things together. But something feels  off… distant… harder than it should be.

In my own seasons of waiting, loss, and uncertainty, I began to learn…

that connection isn’t something we find by trying harder…

it’s something we experience when we slow down and allow God to meet us right where we are. Today, I help women move from feeling alone and disconnected
to feeling grounded, connected, and supported—in their relationship with God, themselves, and others.

I’ve been trained to support you—but more importantly, I understand what this season can feel like.

If This Is You...

You’re still showing up… but something doesn’t feel quite right.

• You feel disconnected—from God, from yourself, or from others
• You’re tired of holding everything together
• You want to feel close to God again, but you don’t know how
• You’re doing all the “right things”… but still feel distant inside
• You’re in a waiting season and don’t know what to do with it

Maybe no one else sees it.
Maybe you can’t even fully explain it.

But you feel it.

You don’t have to fix this.
You just need a place to begin again.

Nearsighted:
Choosing to See Eating
Disorders Differently

By Karen Kay Smith

Some of my earliest experiences with waiting and confusion came through this story…

Loving someone with an eating disorder is complicated and often misunderstood.

In Nearsighted, I share my own story to help you understand the distortion, the fear, and the reality behind what’s happening—so you can respond with clarity and compassion.
